Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

In-Stock Items

• In-stock items are ready to ship and will be processed within our stated processing time.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Preorder Items

• Preorder items are made to order and will only enter production once the stated preorder goal has been reached.
• Production and shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays.
• If the preorder goal is not reached, your order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.
• If production has already begun, preorder cancellations are not accepted.

Mixed Orders

• If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your entire order will ship together once all preorder items are ready.
• If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
• After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.
• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once work has started.

Final Sale Items

• B-Grade, Discounted Defects, clearance items, and any products marked Final Sale cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Order Changes

• If you need to update your shipping address or correct an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.
